November 10: Collage quilt



Jill will be showing you how to do a Laura Heine pattern. She uses a little different method.
You will need to have your background ready for class and if you have used fusible web 
before, have as many pieces cut out for class. It will go much quicker for you. You will have
a finished or close to finished project, the more you do at home. It is a great activity to do
in front of the tv. You will get lots cut out.
materials needed:
pattern
pressing sheet or parchment paper
your background fabric
marking pen
a pool noodle to roll your project
steam a seam 2 or light steam a seam 2
scissors
iron and ironing pad
fuse all of fabric before you cut . cut as many flowers, designs, pieces of fabric or any things you want to use in your collage
before class so you will have a lot to play with.
